Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking hotel service staff to provide exceptional guest experiences at Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and deliver meals with attentiveness and accuracy.

The role requires maintaining professional appearance, teamwork, and knowledge of food and beverage service standards. You will operate the POS system, ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, and support guests with dessert and beverage offerings while

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Willing to pitch in and help teammates.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings, service ware, and menu items.
• Ability to carry trays up to 30 lbs. and operate beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials/promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into the POS and communicate with kitchen.
• Deliver orders and beverages to tables timely and accurately.
• Uphold safety and regulatory standards for alcohol service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and assist with dessert and coffee service.
• Close checks and maintain clean, organized service stations.
