Job summary

Timberland in Massachusetts is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will champion brand values, oversee operations, and mentor a diverse, high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will recruit, hire, onboard, and coach staff; manage scheduling, losses, and visual merchandising; and collaborate with store leadership to meet goals while upholding VF values and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience.
• High School diploma is required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate degrees are valued but not required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals; monitor progress against KPIs.
• Provide coaching and training in service, product knowledge and brand identity.
• Lead all aspects of people management, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee scheduling, losses, audits, and visual merchandising.
