Job summary

As the primary onsite leader, you will coach a diverse team, monitor KPIs, and ensure budget alignment. The role requires a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a strong commitment to Goodwill’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations and ensure safe, efficient running.
• Drive KPI performance and manage staffing, production quotas, and expenses.
• Supervise and develop outlet team members; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, adherence to policies, and asset protection across the outlet.
• Provide on‑floor leadership and cross‑functional coordination with partners.
