Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably home furnishings.
Strong leadership and communications skills to inspire teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google apps.
