RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business in Irvine. You will develop and empower cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably home furnishings.
Strong leadership and communications skills to inspire teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance‑driven culture.
Foster a People First environment by addressing team needs and removing obstacles.
Guide hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions with leadership teams.
Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
Champion profit protection through risk management, security, and inventory controls.
Identify and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results.
Support initiatives and rollouts as the business evolves.
Represent the RH brand with integrity and professionalism.
