You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive excellence, safeguard inventory integrity, and uphold safety standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experience in inventory management systems and processes.
• Adaptable and resilient with a solutions-focused approach to change.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team to uphold safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor.
• Safeguard inventory integrity and monitor metrics such as inventory accuracy and timelines.
• Direct release of product to third-party delivery partners and customers.
• Authorize and manage the destruction of products designated MOS in compliance with policies.
• Ensure operational interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect service standards.
