Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail (home furnishings preferred).
• Strong leadership and communications skills to inspire Team Members.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Willingness to travel periodically, including extended trips.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance-driven culture
• Foster a People First environment by proactively addressing team needs and partnering with Field Leadership and People Team
• Guide all aspects of Team Member lifecycle decisions, from hiring and development to performance management and career transitions
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports quality, safety, and operational excellence
• Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits
• Identify, analyze, and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results
• Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes
• Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation
