Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptable with a solutions-focused approach to change.

Responsibilities

• Train the stock team to uphold safety protocols and inventory policies.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and transition of merchandise from truck to storage to sales floor.
• Safeguard inventory integrity with tagging and monitor key metrics for continuous improvement.
• Direct release of product to third-party delivery partners and customers with high service standards.
• Authorize and manage destruction of MOS items per policy.
• Ensure interactions with customers and delivery partners reflect service standards.
