CCC Management II LLC is hiring an Outlet Steward for The Pass by Charlie Palmer at Paso Robles Inn in Paso Robles, CA. The role supports dishwash operations, maintains high cleanliness standards, and coordinates with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service across outlets.

The position offers hourly pay of $18.43 and requires flexible scheduling, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Benefits and long-term growth opportunities are available within a historic, high-volume property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Outlet Steward preferred.
• Must be able to speak and understand and communicate effectively in the workplace.
• Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize the dishwashing area to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment used throughout the hotel.
• Take inventories of china, silverware, and glassware to ensure restaurant and banquet operations have sufficient supplies to properly conduct service.
• Carry out supervisor requests in accordance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work cohesively with coworkers and all departments as part of a team.
