Responsibilities

• Set up and organize the dishwashing area for efficient workflow.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely according to hotel procedures.
• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, pots and pans.
• Take inventories to ensure sufficient supplies for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food prep areas and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers and departments as part of a team.
