The Pass at Paso Robles Inn is hiring a part-time server as part of the Charlie Palmer Group concept in Paso Robles, CA. You will provide timely, enthusiastic service, take beverage and food orders, and help create a memorable guest experience for diners at The Pass.

Qualified applicants will have hospitality experience, server experience, and California Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Experience serving is required.
• California Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.

Responsabilités

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers, and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Record drink orders and process guest payments.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests at the bar.
• Keep bar stocked, organized and clean for efficient drink preparation.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and glassware.
• Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations with a friendly demeanor.
• Communicate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operation.
• Report equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
