Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip is seeking an Outlet Sous Chef to serve as the second in command in the cafe, ensuring culinary standards are met and food is prepared and plated to branding specs. You will support senior leadership to uphold brand values within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role requires 5-7 years in hospitality, local food safety credentials, and strong communication skills in English; multilangual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant culinary.
• Possess all local food management and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the preparation and design of all food orders.
• Maintain the highest standards of brand, local health, safety, and food preparation hygiene.
• Support the cafe’s senior leadership in upholding brand standards and core values.
• Foster an environment of customer service with guest-first focus.
