Job summary

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage costs and inventories, and help develop menu changes while maintaining HACCP and health compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a chef or cook in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under pressure.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
