Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience; managerial retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume sales floor operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cash handling.
• Ability to hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive outlet sales floor performance through world-class customer service.
• Provide coaching to build and maintain a productive sales team.
• Open/close procedures and daily sales floor operations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop outlet sales floor associates.
• Rotate large blue bins every 15–20 minutes and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and proper cash accountability at POS.
