Job summary

Watermark Baton Rouge seeks a full-time Outlet (Restaurant) Supervisor to report to the Director of Food & Beverage. You will oversee service in two dining facilities, support training and coaching, and monitor labor costs to drive profitability.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in hospitality with supervision, and strong communication skills to handle guest needs and staff relations in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college coursework is preferred.
• At least one year of progressive hotel-related experience and supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work under pressure.
• Ability to analyze information and manage basic arithmetic for labor costs.
• Ensure quality control of menus and assist in outlets when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service in the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Assist the manager with training, motivating, and coaching staff.
• Monitor expenses and control labor costs.
• Support service in The Gregory and Milford’s on Third restaurants.
