Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee service in the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Assist in training, motivating and coaching staff.
• Monitor expenses and control labor costs.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and tables are cleared promptly.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests and communicate them to management.
• Hold pre-meal meetings daily to monitor service and promote upselling.
