Job summary

Watermark BR in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a part-time Outlet Hostperson to promptly greet and seat guests in outlets and assist servers in delivering attentive service during dining experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; fine dining experience is preferred. The successful candidate will support the cashier, handle reservations, and ensure smooth guest flow from seating to billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag.
• Assist cashier in collection of money or credit cards from guests and servers as needed.
• Know how to prepare cashier report at the end of a shift.
• Pay out server and service attendant tips if appropriate.
• Know how to properly take reservations for outlets.
• ABC and RV permits required.
