Job summary

Goodwill NLA is seeking an Outlet Manager in Shreveport to lead the outlet’s operations, oversee revenue and expenses, and develop staff while ensuring safety and strong customer service. You will manage merchandise flow, rotations, and space usage, coordinating with Distribution and other units to optimize value recovery from donated goods.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to balance financial results with community service commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience supervising or leading employees in retail/operational settings.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable access to insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel among Goodwill NLA locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead outlet operations and drive performance.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, productivity, and throughput.
• Develop employees and ensure safety and policy compliance.
