Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Clarksville, IN seeks an Outlet Department Leader for full-time, non-exempt hourly work. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, safety, and performance to hit budgeted goals. Reports to Outlet Manager and collaborates with facility teams and external partners.

The position requires leading a diverse hourly workforce, strong problem-solving, and a flexible schedule to meet site hours of operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or willingness to obtain.
• Proven leadership with integrity, accountability, and resilience.
• Strong communication across teams and customers.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and internet navigation; G Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily operations and performance; addresses concerns and follows up.
• Manages staffing, schedules, coaching, and performance reviews for hourly staff.
• Drives safety, productivity, and quality in a production environment.
• Manages expenses and sales targets within budget; analyzes variances and takes action.
• Maintains strong internal/external customer-supplier connections and resolves issues.
