Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking an Outlet Department Leader to work with the Outlet Manager and leadership team to meet operating objectives and budget goals. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and performance reviews of a full- and part-time hourly workforce in a safety-focused environment with daily quotas.

The role requires flexibility within hours and strong leadership, problem solving, and collaboration across departments to optimize sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or willingness to attain.
• Proven leadership in a team, department, or project setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels.
• Solid technical knowledge of MS Office with Internet navigation; G Suite a plus.
• Strong results orientation, critical thinking, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and performance; address concerns and follow up.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews within the department.
• Participate in recruitment and build a positive team culture.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and productivity to meet goals within plan.
• Collaborate with Outlet Manager and facilities to maintain operations.
