Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking an Outlet Associate to support daily store operations, assist customers, rotate merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor. You will support production and donation flow and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while upholding Goodwill's mission.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to company policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required across outlets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, warehouse, production, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, carts, tables, and related material handling equipment.
• Forklift certification may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Move carts, tables, and merchandise onto and off the sales floor, rotate stock.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and backroom areas.
• Follow cash handling procedures if assigned to register duties.
• Report injuries, safety concerns, theft, or suspicious activity to management.
