Pearl Hospitality seeks an experienced Outlet Manager for the Terrace54 dining and beverage outlet at The Westin Houston Medical Center in Houston, TX. You will oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure top-tier guest service while driving revenue and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, with at least 3 years in hotel F&B management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Proven leadership with experience managing a team of 15+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in hospitality or food and beverage management (e.g., ServSafe...).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Terrace54 daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring standards and addressing feedback.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost management to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop menus and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with hotel management to align outlet goals with hotel objectives.
