Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Outlets Manager for the Houston Marriott Westchase. You will lead daily operations across all hotel food and beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Gift Shop, M Club Lounge, and In‑Room Dining.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a full‑service hotel or upscale restaurant environment (Required)
Prior hotel restaurant management experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple outlets or revenue centers simultaneously
Proven track record in team leadership, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control

Responsibilities

Plan and manage work schedules across all outlets (AM, PM, and Mid Shifts) to align with hotel occupancy, demand forecasts, and budget targets
Lead daily stand‑up meetings and departmental meetings to align the team and communicate priorities
Monitor outlet areas to uphold service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Oversee inventory, purchasing, budgets, and cost control across all outlets
Lead hiring, coaching, and development of outlet team members to sustain a high‑performing, guest‑centric workforce
Collaborate with Front Desk, Sales, Catering, and Event teams to coordinate F&B needs and promote cross‑selling
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, sanitation, and food safety standards
