Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Outlet Manager for Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL. The role leads the assigned outlet, upholding Hyatt's standards to maximize guest satisfaction and drive financial performance.

The successful candidate will manage profitability within budget, align with corporate strategies, and maintain high service quality in a hotel/large-restaurant environment. Minimum 2 years in outlet/assistant management and hospitality education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate holds a degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the assigned outlet as a profitable Centre, ensuring guest and owner expectations are met while operating within budget.
• You will ensure efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

The Outlet Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit Centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications
