Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Orlando, FL, US is seeking a Training Manager within the Human Resources Division to ensure the efficient operation of the Personnel Department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management, and at least 2 years of experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a large operation. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications
