Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC is seeking an Outlet Manager Assistant to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable, guest-centric operation in line with Hyatt standards.

You will help manage daily front- and back-of-house activities, ensure financial discipline, and drive service excellence to maximise guest satisfaction while maintaining budgetary targets and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant management degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year as Assistant Outlet Manager or 2 years as Team Leader/Captain.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or 2 years as Team Leader/Captain in a hotel with good standards.
