Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking an Outlet Manager to assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overall outlet operations, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating daily activities to ensure excellent guest experiences and adherence to standards.

You will supervise staff, monitor labor costs, coordinate with culinary leadership, and maintain high service levels during peak hours while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years progressive leadership experience in hotel or free standing quality food service operation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling and labor costs to meet budgetary targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outlet staffing to ensure optimal performance.
• Represent the Director of Food and Beverage in their absence.
• Ensure adherence to hotel guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee labor cost, inventory control and service quality.
• Supervise outlet activities to deliver quality products and service.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and dining enjoyment.
• Coordinate with Executive/Sous Chef on reservations and VIPs.
• Train, coach and discipline staff per Loews standards.
