Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through daily Lowe's Outlet operations.
• Assist customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions about stock, promotions, warranties, and Outlet programs.
• Support checkout functions and respond to service requests promptly.
• Write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental.
• Cross-train in other Outlet areas to deliver best customer service.
• Generate leads for Project Specialist Exterior programs by engaging customers.
