Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service in Lowe’s Outlet. You will help customers locate, demonstrate, and load merchandise, answer questions, and keep checkout and stock areas running smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting Pro customers, processing transactions, replenishing shelves, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and proactive assistance to customers.
• Ability to locate, demonstrate and load merchandise per customer needs.
• Responds promptly to customer questions with knowledge of stock, warranties, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through daily Lowe’s Outlet operations.
• Assist Pro customers by guiding to aisles, loading products, and expediting checkout.
• Process sales transactions and returns at the register per company guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage accuracy, and safe working conditions.
• Identify security risks and communicate them to management as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and support store and department load planning.
