Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and assist with product selection and checkout at our Texas locations. You will help customers find items, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience daily.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, customer-first attitude, and opportunities to grow within the store’s departments, with training and support from the team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience using common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
