Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Houston to welcome customers and assist with their home improvement needs. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and deliver friendly service in a busy retail environment.

Role may include stocking, processing orders, and occasionally supporting multiple departments. Bilingual skills are valued to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
