Job summary

ArborMetrics is seeking a Work Planner to join our outdoor vegetation management team. You will travel to sites, assess vegetation, collect data, and help ensure safety and quality for our utility clients.

This full-time role offers day one medical, 401k after eligibility, paid holidays, and a company vehicle with a fuel card. Candidates should be able to hike ROWs, work outdoors in varying weather, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree species identification and hazard assessment.
• 30 credits or 45 quarters toward a degree or 2-3 years UVM experience.
• Ability to hike ROWs and drive for extended periods.
• Familiarity with GIS, Microsoft Office, and field data collection.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety hazards and incidents.
• Drive to work sites and inspect vegetation work.
• Record vegetation data using tablets and software.
• Interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in emergency response duties as needed.
