ArborMetrics seeks a motivated Work Planner/Forester to perform field vegetation management in outdoor settings across utility corridors. You will identify hazards, document vegetation, and engage with clients while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications include tree species knowledge, GIS experience, and ability to work independently in diverse weather and terrain. The role includes field driving, data entry on tablets, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree species identification and hazard tree assessment.
• Invasive species management and understanding tree growth patterns.
• Experience with GIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work alone outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Field operations: drive to sites, hike ROWs, document vegetation work.
• Customer relations: address concerns and maintain professional conduct.
• Emergency response: participate in storm and other duties as assigned.
