ArborMetrics is seeking a Work Planner/Consulting Forester to join the field team. You will work outdoors, manage vegetation projects, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering value to clients.

The role emphasizes independent work, data collection, and coordination with leadership and field crews. Applicants should be comfortable in outdoor environments, proficient with GIS and mobile tech, and able to hike substantial distances.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vegetation management practices.
• Ability to hike up to 10 miles per day in various conditions.
• Experience with GIS software and Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Inspect and document vegetation work at customer properties.
• Record vegetation data using tablets and specialized software.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, auditors, clients, contractors, landowners, and the public.
• Participate in storm and emergency response duties as needed.
