Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to our high-speed data and communication solutions. The role offers a base salary plus attractive incentives that can push total compensation beyond $100,000 annually.

You will visit assigned residential leads, tailor recommendations, present compelling proposals, and handle required sales documentation. Expect extensive travel and outdoor work, with evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English reading/writing/speaking ability.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to your manager.
