Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities, drive new residential customers, and present Spectrum's high-speed data and communication solutions. You will travel to assigned territories, conduct needs analyses, and close deals with compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Graduation or equivalent required; 2+ years sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligning with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights.
