Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and bring Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions to residential customers. The role involves face-to-face engagements, meeting sales targets, and representing Spectrum’s trusted products across territories.

You will travel and work evenings/weekends as needed, with a base salary plus incentives aiming at total compensation exceeding $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen to tailor sales strategies.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories, including during inclement weather.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with computers and common software; valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report to management.
