Job summary

Wet Planet Rafting and Kayaking is hiring a Year-Round Sales & Reservations Manager to lead our small, energetic office team and serve as a face of Wet Planet within the local community. You will help guests during the first contact, match inquiries to the right adventure, and drive reservations.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales with guest experiences, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries across Washington, Oregon and Idaho, ensuring smooth operations and

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with reservation systems and AI tools
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Reservations Office daily operations and supervise the office team.
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person; convert inquiries into reservations.
• Represent Wet Planet at local tourism events and build partner relationships.
• Coordinate with lodging and tourism partners; develop media and community connections.
• Oversee account management of larger annual clients and maintain office processes.
