This role blends organization, customer service, and teamwork to keep tours and memberships running smoothly. You will handle contracts, packets, CRM data entry, reports, payments, and office logistics, working closely with the sales staff to provide the materials and documentation needed for successful transactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or office experience.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective members until a Sales Representative begins the tour.
• Support the sales team with contracts, welcome packets, and marketing materials.
• Create contract folders and prepare documentation for sales transactions.
• Enter and manage data using a CRM system.
• Create reports using Salesforce, Excel, or Word.
• Process payments including credit and credit card authorizations.
