Job summary

Wild Tribute is seeking a Northwest Territory Sales Manager to drive wholesale growth across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. You’ll open new doors, strengthen partnerships, and bring our story to life at trade shows while supporting parks and oceans with every sale.

You’ll travel about 50% and manage accounts from gift shops to resorts, collaborating with designers to create locally inspired graphics. A 2+ year sales background and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience outside or inside, or with client relationships.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license for travel.
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (HubSpot/Badger/MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mature and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Scout territory by researching and pursuing new wholesale accounts across gift shops, resorts, and outdoor retailers.
• Map out wins with smart sales plans to convert opportunities into signed deals.
• Grow lasting partnerships and be the go-to contact for accounts to drive long-term growth.
• Own the trade show floor and represent Wild Tribute at company and regional shows.
• Stay organized and data-savvy, tracking activity and details in CRM and order systems.
• Collaborate with in-house designers to create locally inspired graphics for programs.
• Provide standout service with responsive support, including some evenings and weekends.
• Maintain healthy accounts and manage overdue invoices with tact.
• Travel approximately 50% to cover Northwest/Pacific Northwest and trade shows.
