Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 3+ years in an outdoor and/or sporting goods retailer.
• Proficiency with Tomax, Microsoft Word, Excel, Cisco phone systems, and UKG.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage store operations.
