Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Route Support Professional to perform wildlife technician duties and support pest-control teams. You will work outdoors, interact with customers in the community, and help protect homes and businesses while advancing your career with on-the-job training and clear growth opportunities.

No prior experience is required; if you are 18+ with a valid driver’s license, you can start with comprehensive training and gradually assume your own customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and create Customers for Life.
• Assist service professionals with pest control tasks and inspections.
• Address customer needs with tailored solutions and proactive problem solving.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate company vehicles responsibly.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales and management to ensure exceptional experiences.
