Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to service homes and businesses in your local area. You’ll own your route, deliver pest control solutions, and grow with comprehensive training.

Starting hourly range is $18-$20 with benefits including a company vehicle, cell phone, and medical/dental/vision insurance. No exterminating experience required, join a community-focused team with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your own termite service route with time management and field work.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments as needed.
• Address customer account issues and communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain safety mindset and operate company vehicle and equipment safely.
