Northwest Exterminating is hiring for a Route Support Professional. This role offers outdoor, independent work with direct customer interaction to protect homes and communities, plus clear growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Starting hourly rate is $18, with a company vehicle and cell phone. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
• Address customer needs with tailored solutions to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate company equipment and vehicles; apply pest control products per label.
