No prior experience is required; a high school diploma and valid driver’s license are essential. Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour plus a company vehicle, cell phone, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections; monitor bait systems.
• Address customer needs with tailored solutions to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Operate safely and in compliance with labels and regulations; handle company equipment and vehicles.
