Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional (Maintenance) to work outdoors, manage a personal termite service route, and deliver exceptional service. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a company with strong community ties and a focus on growth.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with benefits and a company vehicle. No prior exterminating experience is required, and you’ll gain hands-on skills while serving local homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers to create loyalty and customers for life.
• Managing your own termite service route with effective time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Address customer issues, communicate regularly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Apply products per label standards and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain safety and operate company vehicle as required.
