Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Route Support Professional to operate outdoors, servicing homes and businesses with pest control solutions. You will work independently on your assigned routes, interact with customers, and contribute to a community-focused team.

Starting compensation is $15–$17 per hour. Benefits include a company vehicle, cell phone, comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Support the Team: Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
