Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to manage your own route, perform pre/post-construction termite treatments, and build lasting customer relationships. You will operate independently, supported by a comprehensive training program and a strong safety culture.

Starting hourly pay is $17 with a company vehicle, cell phone, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management and organization.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments and address account issues.
• Communicate regularly with customers and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving company vehicle.
