Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Universal Service Professional to serve customers on a mobile, route-based basis. You will be the face of the company in the local community, delivering pest control and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your service route and daily operations.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Provide clear communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
