Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I in Wareham, MA. The role is full-time with a base pay of $18/hr plus bonus incentives averaging $175 per week. You will install insulation, measure spaces, and ensure proper ventilation while reporting to the local warehouse each morning.

As you grow, opportunities to advance to Tech II or Crew Lead are available with higher pay and larger weekly bonuses. Health benefits and 401k are among the perks offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Must report to local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, attics, and more.
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections.
• Keep a safe, organized work area.
