Job summary

Homeworks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Position based in our MA warehouse network, with daily reporting to the local site. Training is provided; overtime opportunities exist as you advance toward Tech II or Crew Lead with higher incentive potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or specifications.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics according to blueprints or specifications.
• Seal insulation in place to ensure proper coverage and ventilation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Operate company vehicles where eligible and complete required driver training.
